The 2022 Presidio 48 person Match Play Tournament is a year long single elimination Match Play Tournament that is entirely self scheduled.

The top 16 GROSS & NET players from the Individual Medal Play #1 / Match Play Qualifier Tournament  qualified for the year long Match Play Tournament.

An additional 16 players that could not partake in the qualifier tournament, qualified based on the player's 2021 and 2022 player of the year standings combined with past tournament participation.
